Online Process
In order to set up an organization account with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) the easiest and quickest method is to do it online through the CRRP website.
To do the process online you will need:
- To be able to download, fill, and save PDF forms from the CRRP website.
- To know how to put an electronic signature on each form; or have the ability to print, sign, and scan the form back to your computer.
- To be able to upload the saved forms from your computer into the online registration process.
- To have an electronic copy of your CLBC contract and/or confirmation of funding letter from CLBC .
- Scanned copies of two pieces of your I.D., and a passport quality photo.

If you cannot complete the registration online, or would prefer to do the process manually, please refer to the manual process video below.
Manual Process
Users who would prefer to manually complete the organization enrollment forms to set up their account, can request a paper version of the organization registration package directly from the CRRP.

The CRRP will mail or email you the forms.
Return the package to CRRP via email, mail, or fax for processing (don’t forget to ask the CRRP for a return address for your preferred method when requesting your manual package).

Criminal Record Checks
In British Columbia, vulnerable sector criminal record checks (CRC) must be completed via the Criminal Records Review Program for anyone working with and/or left alone with children or vulnerable adults, including respite caregivers and volunteers (governed by the Criminal Record Review Act).
