Indigenous Support for Student Learning Program

British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society (BCANDS) is now offering the Indigenous Support for Student Learning Program (SSLP). The SSLP is a time-limited project for Indigenous students across Canada who have limited financial resources, including those students living with disabilities. The SSLP is accepting applications from students of any age enrolled in a formal educational institution (either online, remote, or through on-site learning) to be considered to receive a laptop and accessories to assist with their continued education and success.
 
WHO — Indigenous students of any age across Canada with limited ļ¬nancial resources, including those students living with disabilities. To be eligible, you must be of low-income, enrolled in Formal education (online, remote, on-site), and actively attending.
 
WHAT — The Indigenous Support for Student Learning Program is accepting applications from eligible students to be considered to receive a laptop and related accessories.
 
WHY — To support and assist Indigenous students in their continued educational success and participation.
 
Applications must be received by March 15, 2021.
